1. Are you available for my wedding? 2. How many years have you been DJ Professionally?  This is something you need to up front you don’t want a DJ who just started a week ago DJ ing your wedding. You want an experienced candidates that knows what to do and when to do it with no hiccups. 3 How many weddings have you played in the last year?   4. Do you DJ more than one event in a day? Great question to ask you don’t want a person that’s not focus on you and only you, you want all the attention and energy on your wedding day for you. 5. Will you be our DJ or will someone else show up? Make sure up front the person who you’re meeting with is your DJ. So many times DJ companies have tons of DJs working for them you want the one you’ve had communication with to show up not another person.

6. Have you DJ at this venue before? It’s good to know if the DJ has been there before but if not no big deal. 7. What kind of DJ are you? You want to know if the DJ talks over the music friendly. 8. DJ you have DJ insurance? Most venues require DJ insurance. 9. How big is your music library? Do you play oldies and pop music?  10. Do you take any breaks? 11. How many people do you bring with you? 12. Do we have to feed you? 13. What happens if our family is not happy with you? 14. Do you take requests?  Not all DJs take requests make sure you ask up front.   15.
